My laboratories
To send cases to a laboratory and see your prices, your practice has to be connected with the laboratory on edonto.
Connect with a laboratory
Laboratories invite their customers by email. To connect:
- Open the link in the email (Connect with …).
- Log in or Create account. If you register, edonto takes you back to the invitation afterwards.
- If you don't have a practice on edonto yet, select Set up my practice, complete the short setup and you return to the invitation automatically.
- Select Connect. If you manage several practices, first choose Which practice do you want to connect?
Only owners and administrators of a practice can connect it. The invitation is valid for 30 days – if it has expired, ask the laboratory to send it again.
Via your lab's portal
Many labs have their own portal on edonto (e.g. your-lab.edonto.com). Register there with Create a free practice account – your practice is connected with the lab automatically. If your practice already uses edonto, log in on the portal and select Connect on the dashboard.
In a lab's portal you only see that lab: its cases, invoices and products. Log in on edonto directly to work with all your labs.
Your lab is not on edonto yet?
edonto is free for laboratories, too. Recommend it to your lab – once it invites you, you can work together online.
Your laboratories
Practice → My laboratories lists all connected laboratories with location, contact details and your customer number at the lab. If a lab has paused your account, it is marked Paused by the lab.
