Invoices

Under Practice → Invoices you find the invoices and credit notes of all your labs as soon as they are issued. Owners, administrators and dentists see invoices.

• Unpaid, Overdue and Paid filter the list; search by number or lab.
• Open an invoice to see its lines with case number, patient and teeth, the payment details of the lab and the linked cases.
• PDF downloads the invoice.

You are notified in edonto and by email (with the PDF attached) when a lab issues an invoice or a credit note. On the case page, Invoice links to the invoice of the case.

Payments are recorded by the lab; the status changes to Paid once the lab has registered your payment.
