Create your account

Register

1. Open edonto and choose Create account (or Get started for free).
2. Enter your name, email address and a password, and confirm the password.
3. Select Create account.
4. We send you an email with a verification link. Open it to confirm your email address. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder or select Click here to re-send the verification email.

Language

The registration page opens in your browser's language if it is supported. You can switch the language at the bottom of the page at any time.

Set up your organization

In edonto you always work for an organization – your dental practice or clinic, or your dental laboratory. After your first login, edonto asks you to set it up:

1. Under What describes you best? choose Dental practice / clinic or Dental laboratory.
2. Enter the name of your practice, clinic or laboratory.
3. Choose your Country – type a few letters to find it; edonto suggests the country you are in. edonto shows the regional settings it will use – language, currency, time zone and tooth notation (for example Brazil: Portuguese, BRL, São Paulo, FDI). You can change them later in the organization settings.
4. Select Create organization.

You are now the owner of the organization. The dashboard shows a short checklist (Get started) with the next steps, such as completing the organization profile and inviting your team. You also receive a welcome email with the first steps for your laboratory or practice.

Joined by invitation?

If a colleague invited you, you don't need to create an organization. Open the link in the invitation email (Accept invitation):

• New to edonto: select Create account and register with the email address the invitation was sent to. You return to the invitation automatically and can accept it with one click. Your email address counts as verified.
• Already have an account: select Log in. After logging in you return to the invitation and select Accept invitation.

Invitations are valid for 14 days. If a link has expired, ask the person who invited you to send it again.

Log in

Enter your email address and password and select Log in. If you have set up a passkey, you can sign in with it instead of a password. If two-factor authentication is enabled, you are asked for a code from your authenticator app.

Forgot your password?

Select Forgot your password? on the login page, enter your email address and follow the link in the email to set a new password.
