Notifications

edonto keeps practices and labs up to date about their cases.

In the app

Notifications in the sidebar (the bell on phones) lists all updates; the number shows the unread ones. Select a notification to open the case. Mark all as read clears the counter.

You are notified when the other side

• sends you a case (labs) or requests a remake,
• changes the status of a case (with the reason for rejections, holds and cancellations),
• writes a message on a case.

By email

Important updates are also sent by email in your language: new cases, remakes, messages and the status changes accepted, rejected, sent for try-in, shipped, delivered, on hold and cancelled.

Who is notified

Members who work with cases: owners, administrators, dentists and assistants in practices; owners, administrators and lab managers in labs. You are never notified about your own actions.
