Statistics

Laboratory → Statistics shows how your lab is doing. Owners, administrators and lab managers can open it; revenue is only shown to roles that see prices.

Choose the period at the top right: This month, Last month, Last 3 months, This year or Last 12 months.

Key figures

• Cases received – cases sent to you or recorded by you in the period, with the number and share of remakes.
• Cases delivered – cases marked as delivered in the period.
• Delivered on time – share of the delivered cases with a delivery date that were delivered on or before it.
• Average turnaround – days from receipt to delivery.
• Revenue – issued invoices of the period minus credit notes, in your currency (other currencies are listed below it).

Charts and rankings

• Last 12 months – cases received and revenue per month.
• Top customers – customers by revenue in the period.
• Products and services delivered – units and value of the delivered cases.
• Cases by prescribing dentist – how many cases each dentist prescribed, as written on the cases.
• Production – per technician the finished steps with worked and planned time, and per production step how often it was finished and how long it took on average. Worked time comes from the timers of the steps (see Production).

Export CSV downloads all figures of the period, e.g. for your accountant or a spreadsheet.
